Job Summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the Spain region, ensuring their chromatography instruments are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, including installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of chromatography instruments and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to provide solutions to customers and drive business growth.
  • Deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars to field engineers and customers, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Qualify leads and participate in customer/vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to customer sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in chromatography instrumentation support or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of chromatography instruments, software, and networking products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and processes, ensuring compliance with Agilent's Quality standards.
