Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • React to customer inquiries in German or English, analyzing problems and recommending corrective action via articles or solutions.
  • Organize calls to perform deeper analysis, apply suggested solutions, capture traffic data, and conduct tech checks as needed.
  • Assist customers with technical testing for issues related to firewalls and specific requirements.
  • Forward requests to responsible departments for escalations or collaborate according to established processes and protocols.
  • Update, translate, and create FAQ articles and internal processes pages in German.

Requirements

  • English and German language skills at C1 level.
  • Clear and precise communication.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to focus on the bigger picture.
  • Conscientious and reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work flexibly.
  • Based in Germany or Spain.
