About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our operations team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our customers, ensuring their e-bike purchasing experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout the buying and selling processes
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Develop creative solutions for customers in ambiguous circumstances
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
