Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in both German and French (or other European languages). This individual will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers in the German and French markets, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey with Brambles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by being responsive and attentive to customer needs.
- Guide customers through their interactions with Brambles, ensuring they feel supported at every step.
- Monitor customer feedback and service metrics to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong proficiency in both German and French, with additional European languages being a plus.
