Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist fluent in both German and French (or other European languages) to join our European Customer Service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with Brambles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the German and French markets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being responsive and attentive to customer needs.
  • Monitor and enhance customer interactions to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve inquiries and provide solutions effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in German and French, with additional European languages being a plus.
