What impact will you have in this position?

  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns from our Commercial Customers.
  • Foster meaningful connections with our Customers through a consultative approach, comprehending their current and future requirements, delivering first-contact resolutions, and negotiating favorable outcomes for both the Customer and American Express.
  • Achieve and surpass quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and productivity objectives.
  • Utilize computer systems and applications to assist our Customers, enabling them to maximize their experience with our online and mobile platforms.
  • Record essential information, including payment details, changes in customer information, address updates, and travel notifications.
  • Adapt and reprioritize in a constantly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in both German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a business context.
  • Exhibit personal excellence by maintaining a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Show a commitment to exceptional service by delivering outstanding support in every interaction with our Customers.
  • Possess the ability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as multitask using various systems and digital tools to assist our Customers.

  • Confidence to manage difficult conversations effectively.
  • Ability to work in a virtual setting; this role is hybrid with designated days in the office.
