How will you contribute in this position?
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns from our Commercial Customers.
- Foster meaningful relationships with our Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, ensuring first contact resolution, and negotiating favorable outcomes for both the Customer and American Express.
- Achieve and surpass quality objectives, compliance standards, and productivity benchmarks.
