How will you contribute in this position?

  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns from our Commercial Customers.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with our Customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, ensuring first contact resolution, and negotiating favorable outcomes for both the Customer and American Express.
  • Achieve and surpass quality objectives, compliance standards, and productivity benchmarks.
  • Utilize computer systems and applications to assist our Customers, enabling them to maximize their experience with our online and mobile platforms.
  • Record essential information, including payment details, changes in customer information, address updates, and travel notifications.
  • Adapt and re-prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in both German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a business context.
