About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in French to enhance our diverse team, which includes over 54 nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and recruit target healthcare professionals, ensuring their active participation.
- Contact new healthcare providers to invite them to contribute to our research initiatives.
- Conduct follow-up communications with panelists to maximize participation rates.
- Proactively inform management of any discrepancies or issues with standard procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in multinational environments is advantageous.
- Additional responsibilities may include documentation, correspondence, troubleshooting, and translation tasks.
