Compensation

About the Role
This Strategic HR Business Development Manager role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to support the business units in meeting their business objectives and business initiatives. You will partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders to drive cultural change and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the pipeline of talent to GSK early talent programs.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the business units in meeting their business objectives and business initiatives.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders to drive cultural change.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance the pipeline of talent to GSK early talent programs.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
  • Relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of HR.
  • Experience leading cultural change initiatives.
