Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners according to our strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
