Strategic Business Development Manager

As a valued member of our Business Development team at the Boston Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to align business needs with solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with other teams
- Measure and report on the impact generated by go-to-market initiatives
- Develop and foster account relationships, working towards account growth & high retention within a defined portfolio of accounts
- Develop a complete understanding of each client's goals, markets, needs, and best opportunities for BCG to partner
Requirements:
- Collaborate and co-lead proposals together with subject matter experts from the team
- Write and concept statements of work
- Advanced understanding of the resources and processes involved in design-driven solutions
- Can articulate the rules of engagement for Business Development and team collaboration
