App Partnership Manager - Strategic Business Development

At Make, we're looking for an experienced App Partnership Manager to join our rapidly growing ecosystem organization. As a key member of our Technology Partnerships team, you'll own and manage business relationships with key and general technology partners. Your primary goal will be to identify and ensure successful execution of marketing activities, strategic plans, and expansion of the technology relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of named partners within our Technology Partnership team.
  • Develop a plan to enhance these partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by connecting partner and Make strengths through strategic business planning.
  • Enable and support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners, and other internal teams to drive new monetization.
  • Uncover growth opportunities by expanding the partner's technology offerings on Make.
  • Establish and maintain critical relationships within the assigned partners with specific emphasis toward growing that partner business and increasing customer acquisition.
  • Represent the interests of the assigned partners to drive engagement and focus internally.
  • Be accountable for the ARR growth target and forecast.
  • Ensure 'Customer First' type of thinking for all partner planning.


This role requires a strong understanding of partner needs, the overall market we operate within, and our product.
