Job DescriptionWe're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Research and analyze potential partners to identify opportunities that align with our business goals and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within EdTech/Media/online learning.
