Our dedicated team of storytellers creates engaging content, including games, animated series, podcasts, songs, videos, and courses, all designed to bring joy to children aged 2-8. With 100 million users on our free app and 2.5 million subscribers on our YouTube channel, we're proud of our safe, ad-free environment that prioritizes healthy, peace-of-mind play.
We're expanding our portfolio with licensed digital products and partnerships with brands like Amazon, Ravensburger, UNICEF, and H&M. As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager, you'll focus on identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence. Your strong background in relationship building, negotiation, and business development will be essential in leading negotiations with potential partners and securing beneficial terms and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new partnership opportunities and research potential partners according to our departments' strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication
Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit
Collaborate with internal teams to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively
Network and attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities
