Job Title: Business Development Manager Partnerships Spanish Market
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Spanish Market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with partners and potential clients to drive growth and revenue for Factorial HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with partners and potential clients
- Define the marketing and commercial strategy together with the Market Area Manager/BU Manager
- Propose commercial plans and specific opportunities to clients related to the assigned products
- Provide commercial support and specialist/consulting assistance to distributors/end users/sales team concerning projects and solutions designed for them
- Identify and suggest sales opportunities to the sales team
- Supervise and monitor the compliance with the defined Marketing Plan
- Internal management of the manufacturer directed at the sales force: internal campaigns and incentives, and training
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Integrity, result-oriented and customer-oriented (internal and external), planning and coordination skills, forecasting and reporting
- Strategy, decision-making, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of the sector and products of the assigned area, Marketing and Sales techniques, and negotiation skills
- Education: University degree or Technical training of higher degree or 5 years of experience in a position with responsibility over products in the assigned area
