Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Spanish Market. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with partners and potential clients to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement marketing and commercial strategies in collaboration with the Market Area Manager/BU Manager.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with partners and potential clients through regular follow-up to identify new opportunities and develop Factorial's business.
  • Propose commercial plans and specific opportunities to clients related to assigned products.
  • Provide commercial support and specialist/consulting assistance to distributors/end users/sales team concerning projects and solutions designed for them.
  • Identify and suggest sales opportunities to the sales team.
  • Supervise and monitor compliance with the defined Marketing Plan.
  • Internal management of the manufacturer directed at the sales force: internal campaigns and incentives, and training.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Integrity, result-oriented, and customer-oriented (internal and external), planning and coordination skills, forecasting and reporting.
  • Strategy, decision-making, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the sector and products of the assigned area, Marketing and Sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: University degree or Technical training of higher degree or 5 years of experience in a position with responsibility over products in the assigned area.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience with partnership or channel sales.
  • Knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
  • Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.
  • Experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
