As an HR Business Partner at Engineeringuk, you'll be driving employee engagement initiatives and resolving complex issues with colleagues. You'll work closely with diverse stakeholders to perfect policies and programmes, creating a seamless employee and customer experience.
About the Role:
This role involves owning and delivering projects, analysing internal dashboards, and coordinating with key stakeholders. You'll take a fresh look at our working culture, thinking of new ways to optimise it while supporting new colleagues to develop their skills.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree and relevant experience in an HR role operating in an international environment. Proficiency in verbal and written English is essential, as well as experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You'll also have opportunities for career growth and professional development within our organisation.
