Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to understand and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, providing guidance on talent management, labor law, compensation, and HR systems.
- Develop and execute HR-led projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
We seek an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / HR Management professional with a strong understanding of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in matrixed multinational companies, with a proven track record of success.
- Business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply knowledge of the business to achieve company goals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Data literacy, with the ability to use data, metrics, and evidence to drive decision-making and change.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, plus postgraduate studies (MBA) is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
