Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Shipping team in Madrid, Spain. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing ones.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  2. Strategic Selling: Develop and execute tailored sales plans to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  4. Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. Proven sales experience with a focus on business development and account management
  3. Fluent in Spanish and English
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
