Job Description:

As an International Business Development Manager for Railway Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international railway markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the railway industry to foster long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the railway sector.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the railway industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of international clients.
  • Pprepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our railway solutions and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (preferably electrical/electronic engineering or similar).
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the railway industry or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of global railway markets, technologies, and regulatory environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • English native speaker or at least C1. Spanish and other languages are a plus.
