About the Role

As a key member of the Netjets Europe team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales in respect of Netjets Fractional Shares, Leases, and Jet Card Programmes to our key target audience. Your primary objective will be to achieve quota for your specific territory by securing the sale of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing Netjets Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services.
  2. Helps develop the Netjets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
  3. Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with Netjets' affinity partnerships and personal network.
  4. Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner.
  5. Prompt and accurate completion of sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Core Competencies: Service-Oriented Strives For Positive Results
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs): 10-15 years work-related experience; Minimum 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role; Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management; An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of Netjets products and services as well as those of Netjets' competitors; Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken).
