Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities within strategic accounts, focusing on delivering customer value and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to expand relationships with assigned customers, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
- Develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts, working closely with multiple teams to drive results.
- Evaluate customer profiles, crafting tailored value messaging and outlining key execution steps.
- Foster strong relationships within accounts, translating customer challenges into unique value propositions.
- Employ ROI-driven sales methodologies, providing accurate forecasts and meeting quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams on renewal business sales motions, negotiating deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate complex deals within targeted accounts, including on behalf of partners, leveraging negotiation skills and industry expertise.
- Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Identify key personnel, address challenges, and propose solutions to drive business growth.
- Present proposals to upper management, showcasing value and negotiating deals that meet business objectives.
- Share successful sales strategies and best practices with the team, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop quarterly forecasts and sales plans, establishing clear goals and metrics for success.
- Establish action plans to solve challenges and achieve results, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French language proficiency.
- Familiarity with sales processes and proven selling methodologies, such as TAS, Value Selling, and Solution Selling.
- Experience with sales logging applications, including Salesforce.
- Track record of submitting quarterly sales forecasts and achieving results based on performance.
- Proficiency in reaching upper management within assigned accounts, building strong relationships and trust.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, such as SFDC, OutReach, Consensus, Sales Navigator/LinkedIn, and Gong.
- Mastery of Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Inside sales or office-based sales experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Willingness to improve sales skills through coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression framework.
