Drive Business Growth and Revenue Generation in APAC as an APAC Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced APAC Business Development Director to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy for AXA's Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development plan that drives revenue growth and expands AXA DCP services in APAC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective distribution strategies that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Promote AXA DCP services to internal and external users, emphasizing value creation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development roles, with expertise in revenue growth and expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive results-driven initiatives and measure performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AXA's business operations and industry landscape, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, AXA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
