We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales Enablement to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Details
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of €65,000 - €80,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Large Account Engagement: Conduct product demos and lead direct closings for large accounts.
- Sales Training: Design and deliver localized training and certification programs for Account Executives.
- Pipeline and Sales Reporting: Provide detailed reports on pipeline generation and conversion.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure marketing and SDRs meet their targets on pipeline generation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop a local team of professionals.
- Incentives and Discounting: Define and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds and Discounting Policies.
