Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in client management, and the ability to address client concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve any client issues related to recruitment services, driver placements, or operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the bridge between recruiters and clients, ensuring seamless communication to meet both parties expectations and requirements.
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, clearly explaining our services, and offering ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ccustomer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Account Growth: Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, suggesting solutions and improvements to add value to their operations.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, driver performance, and overall account status.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the recruiting or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is up to $2000 USD per month, depending on experience and performance.
