The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager for Elevator Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gestión de las relaciones con los clientes asignados y nuevos para lograr el crecimiento necesario.
  • Incorporar y mantener adecuadamente la información en el CRM (Base de datos) y seguir las oportunidades hasta la solución definitiva.
  • Visitar a los clientes on y off porfolio con el objetivo de lograr el crecimiento necesario.
  • Gestionar la cartera de unidades de los clientes existentes para recomendar las soluciones necesarias que garanticen el servicio y la disponibilidad de nuestros equipos.
  • Colaboración con las áreas y los diferentes departamentos de la compañía para lograr el éxito en las operaciones en las que participe.
  • Seguimiento de la facturación y el cobro.
  • Seguimiento de los compromisos adquiridos con los clientes hasta su finalización.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Estudios universitarios, preferiblemente en ingeniería.
  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito.
  • Experiencia técnico-comercial de al menos 5 años en el sector del ascensor, preferiblemente gestionando grandes cuentas de postventa.
  • Manejo avanzado de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar hasta el 30% de su tiempo.
