Account Management Role for Sustainability Leader


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Account Management team at One Click LCA. As a B2B SaaS business, our solutions are used globally in the construction industry, helping to drive a zero-carbon future.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base for large customers.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to drive revenue expansion and retention.
  • Manage renewals, identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities.
  • Utilize data to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work with teams to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to act on industry opportunities and attend events.
  • Segment and sort accounts to ensure targeted time is spent on the right customers.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Data-driven, using insights to inform plans.
  • Proactive and creative, with a willingness to engage with customers.
  • Orchestrator and collaborator, knowing when to engage sales, product, or others.
  • Metrics-driven, with a focus on challenging individual and team targets.
