Strategic Account Growth Manager for Sustainability Software

We are a leading provider of digital solutions for Life Cycle Assessment, empowering the construction industry to reduce its environmental footprint. As a B2B SaaS company, our platform is used in over 170 countries, across +50,000 global construction projects, with +150,000 certified construction data points.
Our team is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Account Management team. This full-time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the EU / UK / Nordics.
The successful candidate will lead our efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base for large customers, playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention. They will build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention, own and manage our renewals, and identify, nurture and close expansion opportunities.
This role requires proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management to drive NRR across a portfolio of customers for 4-5 years. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and creative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a dynamic, friendly, and motivated work environment. We also provide substantial freedom with no fixed hours and remote working supported, challenges, substantial responsibility, and the chance to see the results of your work directly.
