Customer Experience Specialist

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This role offers excellent sales training, product knowledge, and systems training to ensure your success in this position.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers. You will work effectively to educate customers on their current products and identify opportunities to increase sales. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, whether it's resolving issues or maximizing sale opportunities.
You will also have the opportunity to grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention. Additionally, you will engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs and increase volume for existing clients and acquire volume for new customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need fluency in both English and Slovak at an advanced level. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques. Goal-oriented individuals with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth will thrive in this environment.
