Sales Development Manager for Toulouse Market

About the Job
As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Toulouse market. Located in the southwest of France, this region offers a unique blend of urban and rural landscapes, with a strong presence of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various industries.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and provide regular updates on progress.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of sales success, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. A strong understanding of the commercial industry, including stone fabrication and distribution, is also essential. Furthermore, you should be proficient in using customer databases and CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Academic qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
