Relationships and Client Success Manager

Horizons is seeking a skilled Career Professional to serve as a key point of contact for our clients in the Foreign Exchange industry. Based in Manila, this role will provide a unique opportunity to work with an Austrian-based FinTech company specializing in Big Data and Pattern Recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our electronic FX liquidity management platform and stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments.
- Analyse client usage and performance metrics to proactively address areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Provide expert training and support to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform's features and functionality.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal development teams to incorporate client feedback into platform enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within our CRM system.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within the electronic FX liquidity management industry.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of electronic FX trading platforms and industry trends.
Payscale: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the importance we place on finding the right candidate for this role.
