At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking a skilled Customer Success and Onboarding Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.

About the Role

This is a full-time, temporary contract position offering a competitive package, including salary + performance bonuses based on your experience and results. You'll have the opportunity to work with a positive, dynamic, and creative team in a supportive work environment.

We're looking for a proactive, client-focused professional fluent in Italian and English. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Technical expertise: Stay informed about software integrations and technical requirements, providing clients with top-tier support and guidance.
  • Client relationship building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional support throughout the client journey.
  • Account management: Drive success by managing accounts directly, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying key growth opportunities.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that works closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality resources and ensure a seamless client experience. As a successful candidate, you'll bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in account management, technical support, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplaces.
  • Language skills: C2 or fluent in Italian with excellent English proficiency.
  • Project management & communication skills: Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in both strategic and tactical roles, able to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
