Pleo is seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to oversee and execute the onboarding process with precision and finesse. As a key member of our Solutions & Services team, you will be responsible for crafting seamless onboarding experiences that bring delight to customers and businesses alike.

About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is open to highly motivated professionals with a proven track record in customer-facing roles. As a Pleo Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with customers to identify objectives, priorities, policies, systems, and effective rollout plans
- Configuring Pleo for users, including activation, limits, cards, integration, and compliance
- Integrating Pleo with customers' accounting systems, exporting expenses, and testing
- Providing consulting, sharing best practices, conducting training, and driving user adoption
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful customer-facing experience (at least 2-3 years), ideally in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success
- Some knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows is desirable
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes comprehensive benefits and perks tailored to help you thrive in your role and beyond.
