Overview
Pleo, a company that challenges traditional approaches to workplace expenses, seeks a skilled Customer Success Manager to join its Spanish team. Based in Lisbon, Paris, or Madrid, this role requires an individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative customer-facing roles, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS organisations. Key responsibilities include:
- Nurturing customers post-onboarding, focusing on adoption and providing value through a 1:Many-approach.
- Identifying gaps between best practices and actual product usage, ensuring customers learn about and utilise all features.
- Managing customer escalations and proactively communicating product changes and enhancements.
- Contributing to operational excellence for customers and minimising churn by working with health scores, product adoption, and feature adoption.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- An open mindset, with a positive energy that's contagious among customers and colleagues.
- A strong ability to empathise with others and communicate effectively.
- A desire to improve processes and optimise everything for better results.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with experience in accountancy or finance being a significant advantage.

Pleo offers a dynamic work environment, where you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact. The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
