We are a leading provider of innovative technology solutions at Thomson Reuters. Our mission is to drive business growth and customer success. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial/small and midsize business (SMB) market presence while nurturing strong customer relationships.
About the RoleYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maximize revenue from existing accounts. To achieve this, you will:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and customer relationship management to drive business growth and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our SMB market presence.
- BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to inform your sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Additionally, you should have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and be comfortable with frequent travel.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
