Strategic Client Engagement Manager

A strategic role with the Eis Group, our Client Partner serves as a link between our company and clients to strengthen relationships, drive growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position is accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to annual recurring revenue growth, gross margins, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building long-lasting client relationships.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' executives and System Integration partners.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions to address their needs.
- Analyze revenue and financial performance forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EIS Products and Services within existing portfolios.
- Collaborate across departments to identify and target business opportunities within clients' organizations.
- Owning price/offer, contract definition, and negotiations for packaging EIS Products and Solutions.
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs related to customer success and churn.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools, including CRM and customer success software.
- Ability to influence multicultural environments and provide thought leadership.
