Strategic Customer Engagement Manager

Monster Energy seeks a Strategic Customer Engagement Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. This role will work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective execution of local programs and leverage marketing assets for maximum impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the lead of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analysing customer and consumer insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Planning, developing, and executing bespoke marketing strategies per customer.
- Linking the core Marketing team and commercial team to maximize Monster's presence within tactical customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong passion for serving and understanding customers, a creative mindset, good time management and organisational skills, interpersonal skills to nurture customer relationships, analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness, and strategic thinking to reach marketing and sales goals.
Requirements include:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or similar role in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points.
- Techincal knowledge of latest digital marketing tools and channels.
