We are seeking an Enterprise Client Engagement Manager to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a client-facing role and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Developing and executing customized solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
