About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Director of Strategic Growth and Client Engagement. In this key leadership position, you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with senior-level clients, providing trusted advisory services and delivering exceptional results
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement complex consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting innovation and excellence within the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful leadership and client engagement at the C-suite level
  • Extensive experience in driving revenue growth, managing margins, and executing complex projects
  • Strong financial acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and technologies
