Territory Sales and Business Growth Representative

**Job Overview:**
This role focuses on driving new and expansion business in strategic territory customers to meet or exceed financial objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets within a defined list of accounts.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth within assigned accounts through new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- BUILD strong relationships with other Autodesk sales teams and channel partners to grow the business relationship with assigned customers.
- Collaborate with channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and marketing to develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts.
- Evaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and target key steps needed to execute account plans.
**Requirements:
- Familiarity with sales process and selling methodologies (TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling).
- Fluent English and German language skills.
- Familiarity with sales logging applications (i.e., Salesforce).
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive.
- Team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented.
- Inside sales/office-based sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
