About the Role

The Nordic Territory Sales Expert is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a defined territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize high-potential target accounts within a defined geographic area
  • Collaborate with sales development representatives to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers, and understand their business needs, timelines, and budgets
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Autodesk solutions to prospects and customers
  • Utilize telephone, email, and web-based communication to connect with customers
  • Manage in-person sales meetings to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Leverage field-based sales executives and channel partners to enhance sales performance
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive long-term sales success
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting and updates to sales managers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Polished professionalism with exceptional organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills for online presentations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
  • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive to continually improve sales skills through coaching, self-learning, and career progression
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and any Nordic language

What We Offer:

Autodesk offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salary, we also offer discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
