About Us: Recruit4Work Sl is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Description:
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and development. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving new business through targeted outbound campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly sales qualified opportunity quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers about our offerings.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, engage with C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available cloud solutions, and add value to the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect data in the CRM system, managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Work towards team and individual goals related to key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Carefully document customer interactions and deal details to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of the current and past customer engagement.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient level of German with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
- Strong ability to link business needs with the right solutions, solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with professionalism and integrity.
- Comfortable working towards quotas in a phone-based role.
