About the Role

At Kantox, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a key part in driving business growth. Reporting to the Team Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts, qualifying incoming leads, and quickly qualifying inbound leads.

About the Team

The BDR team is comprised of international team members focusing on local markets, and we are a group of people with an international mindset. We enjoy pushing ourselves to bring out the best in ourselves and creating a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Kantox's value proposition and use-cases
• Conduct effective first discovery and qualification conversations with key stakeholders from our target accounts
• Qualify inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases
• Qualify incoming leads as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact
• Maintain a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce)

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor in economics, finance, or business administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed
• Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques, including cold emails and cold calling
• A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional
• Native proficiency in Spanish
• Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus
• Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus
