Ecommerce Business Growth Specialist

The Ecommerce Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving online business growth and expansion globally within our Retail business, focusing on sustainable and profitable sales growth of our brands across regions and developing our presence and share on partners, channels, and segments.
Key Responsibilities- Market Insights: Detect and present market trends, competition, logistics, and offer opportunities on countries, segments, offers, and RTM coverage.
- Ecommerce Roadmap: Support regions in developing the eCom road to market from an omnichannel standpoint, including IT and ET digital channels, interacting with local stakeholders, and coordinating with local/regional account managers.
- Marketplace Integrations: Identify and develop integrations with marketplaces globally, from onboarding to launch.
- Regional Business Expansion: Regularly analyze eCom sales performance, put in place recovery and growth plans, and influence key local, regional, and global stakeholders on eCommerce to achieve the best country blueprint.
