Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with internal sales teams to build a pipeline of high-potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for internal New Business Sales teams.
  • Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
  • Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to sales team needs.
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets.
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher.
  • B2 level or higher of market being supported.
  • Native level of Greek or any CEE language.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
