At MSX International Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Leadership Team Member to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time indefinite contract position that offers a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, plus benefits.

Job Description

As a Leadership Team Member, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a team of customer service agents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team adheres to project guidelines, delivers exceptional customer support, and meets key performance metrics.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of agents to meet performance targets
  • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and mentorship to team members
  • Creating comprehensive manuals and documenting procedures
  • Training new hires and existing team members
  • Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics
  • Compiling data and generating reports on team performance

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An excellent command of English and strong language skills in Swedish
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in customer service or customer support as a supervisor or team leader
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results
  • The ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
