Salary InformationThe salary range for this role is approximately €2400 - 2700 per month, plus bonus, based on performance. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding leadership skills.
Job Description- Team Oversight: Lead and manage a team of customer service employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team performance against key metrics, ensuring targets are met.
- Coaching and Development: Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to support team growth and skill development.
- Escalation Management: Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Scheduling and Resource Planning: Manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to enhance service quality and streamline workflows.
- Proven work experience: At least 1 year of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a similar field.
- Customer Service Operations: Previous experience from Customer Service Operations center.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish, and English.
- Leadership Potential: Shown leadership potential and taken extra responsibility in previous roles.
- Tailormade Onboarding: Receive dedicated onboarding, support, and coaching to help you succeed in your role.
- Business Activities: Participate in various business activities and small projects within the company.
- Leadership Training Program: Engage in our comprehensive leadership training program to develop your skills.
