Job Summary
As a Biopharmaceutical Project Manager, you will lead interdisciplinary clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. You will act as a primary liaison between the Company and Customer, overseeing timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
Main Responsibilities
• Project Leadership and Delivery: Manage projects as a project manager, overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensuring compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaison Management: Act as a primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customer's and the Company's contractual agreement.
• Team Leadership: Lead project team to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
• Financial Performance: Accountable for the financial performance of each project.
• Coordination: Coordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience in managing clinical research studies, preferably in a biopharmaceutical company.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, with experience in ensuring compliance.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
