Customer Service Team Lead with Leadership Skills

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at MSX International Inc.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to guide and support a team of customer service agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of customer service agents to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Provide ongoing training, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
- Create comprehensive manuals and document procedures.
- Develop and implement effective quality control processes.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and strong language skills in Swedish.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support as Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and achieving results.
- Ability to interact at the executive level and within multi-disciplinary teams.
