Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts.
You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, recording call details, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services and products, and escalating any potential service issues to senior team members.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of call details and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with company services and products
- Escalate any potential service issues to senior team members
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess native-level fluency in French, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, preferably in a technical support environment.
